Our goal is to help you level up based on practical experience and steps.
Company Assessment
Every now and then it’s important to know where you stand. With our assessment we will use a ‘fly on the wall’ perspective and assess patterns that might be hard to see if you’r working ín the company yourself.
Tactical interventions
When you know the issue, you usually need to start a change. It has been shown time and time again that an external and fresh face can accelerate processes like this. Wether this is around an off-site, or a mix of training and coaching, we are here to help.
Interim Product or Tech Leadership
When in a transition to level-up product or tech, it can be helpful to have a dedicated interim role. We offer 6-12 month assistance from fractional to fulltime.
Our History
My educational background is in Organisational and Work Psychology with a minor in Computer Science.
The mix of my interest in helping people collaborate well and tech made a path in Tech and Product inevitable.
First, I’ve built my own company. This got acquired after 5 years. After this I’ve done different roles in product and tech leadership.
Recently, I’ve been involved with Group Effort. This company moderates peer groups for 200+ product and tech leaders across Europe.
We also organize no-nonsense conferences, like the Product Mastery Conference for Product and Tech. The network gained with those activities asked for in-person assistance quite often, and Versteeg Consultancy & Development is set up to cater to those needs.
How to work with us
Most companies pretend to have limitless supply. We don’t. We know exactly what our capacity is and will never compromise on this from. This means that if you work with us you know you get the time and attention needed to get you results. Our capacity is:
1. Company Assessment: 6 per year. AT CAPACITY until MAY 2025
2. Tactical interventions: 4 per year. 1 left for Q4 2025.
3. Interim roles: 2 per year. AT CAPACITY until SEP 2025.
